Somatic therapy helps you reconnect with yourself by working directly with the nervous system.
Rather than retelling painful stories, this approach focuses on your body’s natural responses to gently release what’s been stuck.

Psychedelic Somatic Therapy uses non-ordinary states of consciousness to help the nervous system reprocess trauma at the root.
This isn’t about analyzing. It’s about letting your body lead the way to healing, in a way that feels safe and deeply supported.
